Ontario Western 7-1      Canyon Hills got off to a quick 3-0 lead in the first inning with aggressive baserunning.  CH never looked back behind the pitching of Jonah Sandoval.  Sandoval had a no-hitter going into the 4th inning and finished the game with a 4-hit complete game victory, including 5 strikeouts.  Canyon Hills was aided by strong defensive play, led by Brandon Nixon in the outfield and Ryan Salas at second base.  CH had a well-rounded offensive attack, including 2 hits by Blake Wallace and Rhett Hays, who reached base in every at bat.
       
Ontario Central 12-15      Canyon Hills quickly jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the bottom of the first behind a triple by Jordan Robinson, a double by Blake Wallace and a triple by Spencer Wallace.  Ontario Central quickly came back in the 2nd inning to take a 6-3 lead.  Riley Sissung entered the game in relief in the 2nd inning and pitched three solid innings.  Ontario Central came back with a big 6th inning to take a 15-12 lead and Canyon Hills was unable to come back from this deficit. 
     Canyon Hills was led offensively by Jordan Robinson who scored 4 runs, Blake Wallace with 2 doubles, 3 hits apiece by Spencer Wallace and Ryan Salas, and Riley Sissung with 2 hits.  Abel Izaguirre also contributed with a RBI double.
       
Creekside Ranch 21-9      Canyon Hills bounced back with a powerful win against Creekside Ranch.  Jonah Sandoval started and pitched 4 solid innings  with 7 strikeouts.  Michael Macias-Paysen closed the game with a solid inning.
     Canyon Hills had 22 hits, including an 11-run fifth inning.  Spencer Wallace led the offensive attack with 5 hits (2 doubles and a triple), followed by 3 hits apiece rom Ryan Salas and Blake Wallace.  Abel Izaguirre, Rhett Hays, and Anthony Seminaris contributed with 2 hits.  Levi Vargas also contributed with an RBI double.
       
Upland National 7-10      Canyon Hills faced a disciplined Upland National team, coming off big wins vs. Upland American and Montclair.  Canyon Hills quickly jumped off to a 3-0 lead in the first inning with RBI singles by Spencer Wallace and Sean Ward.  Riley Sissung started for Canyon Hills and pitched two solid innings before the Upland bats came alive in the 3rd inning.  Jordan Robinson came on in relief in the 3rd inning and pitched the remainder of the game in a solid outing.  Upland National was able to come back with some big hits and also took advantage of several Canyon Hills errors, however it was a well-played game by both teams.
     Sean Ward led the offensive attack for Canyon Hills with 3 hits, including 2 doubles and 2 RBI's.  Black Wallace and Spencer Wallace also contributed with 2 hits apiece.  Rhett Hays contributed with a two-run triple.  Anthony Seminaris, Rhett Hays and Ryan Salas provided solid infield defense for Canyon Hills.
     Canyon Hills was commended after the game by many opposing coaches and fans for their exciting, well-played games throughout the tournament.
