Official score: Canyon Hills 6-0 win, but score was 12-8 with Canyon Hills leading and batting in the
top of six when Montclair allowed their pitcher to go over the 85 pitch limit. After a 20 minute delay to call Williamsport, final word was "illegal pitcher"
resulting in a forfeit. Garrett Gomez led the offense with a 4-4 effort and Troy Collins was 3-3 with a Bomb over the centerfield fence for an HR.

Game 4
Chino National
6/30/07 |
9-8 |
An emotionally intense seesaw game. Troy Collins and Garrett Gomez limited Chino National to only 5 hits.
Brian Campbell took his turn to lead the offense by going 3-3. After Chino National scored 3 runs in the top of the sixth to tie the score, Troy Collins lined a shot
up the middle for a single and moved to third on a hit batter (Christian Eagon) and a wild pitch. Then with two outs, Troy raced home on another wild pitch to score
the winning run setting off a wild celebration. |

Game 5
Chino American
7/2/07 |
0-8 |
Anthony Yiatras took a shutout into the 5th inning before he had to be removed after reaching his 85 pitch
count. Anthony pitched in 2 games and never gave up a run. However, the pitcher for Chino American was just as tough on our Canyon Hills hitters as the game went to
the 6th inning tied 0-0. Chino American's bats finally came alive and batted around scoring 8 runs and Canyon Hills could not muster a come back in their half of the
inning. In the end, the Canyon Hills 10/11 yr old All Stars finished in 4th place with the two teams who beat them finishing in
1st and 3rd. A very respectable showing
for Canyon Hills Little League!!!
